Rather, our meditation technique allows the mind to wonder so that thoughts do not become obstacles to your meditation. Whilst there is always a time and place for guided and mindfulness meditation styles, our philosophy at Wellness By Sean supports "next level" meditation for people who are serious about improving their state of well being.

Learn the Vedic Meditation technique in 2 weeks over 3 sessions. The personal 1 on 1 package offers private meditation coaching where you learn a life long technique to reach deeper levels in your mind, activating the body's natural rebalancing mechanism to reduce stress and anxiety. On completion of the sessions, you will have gained a life long skill that will change the way you navigate through your life
Learn the Vedic Meditation technique in 2 weeks over 3 sessions in a small group of friends or family. Together as a small group, we learn a life long technique to reach deeper levels in your mind, activating the body's natural rebalancing mechanism to reduce stress and anxiety. On completion of the sessions, you will have gained a life long skill that will change the way you navigate through your life
Once you have completed the personal 1 on 1 or small group sessions, check back with us at any time to continue fine tuning your meditation technique, or just to meditate together. These sessions are also a great way to re start your practice if you have taken a break, or simply want to get a well needed refresh on how this meditation technique is beneficial to your state of mind
